I began meditating in 2013 after a discussion with a friend in San Francisco.

In 2016, I began organizing a weekly group meditation.

In 2017, the weekly event grew to include acro yoga, tea ceremony, contact improvisation, and therapeutics.

More recently, I’ve taken hiatus from the weekly group meditation to refocus and strengthen my personal practice.


My influences include Ram Dass (and Maharaj-ji), Ken Wilber, Alan Watts, Mooji, Sadhguru, Pema Chodron, Yogananda, Steve Nicholson and Jesus.
